Introducing Stillwood Homes
Designed using thermally modified, cross-laminated Coastal Western Hemlock, Stillwood Homes, also referred to as Built on Lot Engineered Homes (BOLEH), arrive with all building components prepared for on-site assembly. Each home can be customized to expand with additional bedrooms upon request.
Built On Lot Engineered Home
Construction Model
The first BOLEH (Built On Lot Engineered Home) is currently being constructed in Port Angeles as an in-house model! The home will be built using a cassette construction method, with the first cassette serving as the MEP module (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). This design centralizes key building systems, allowing plumbing and other utilities to run efficiently through the core of the home.

Panelized Construction
Panelized construction is a prefabricated building method that uses engineered floor, wall, and roof panels manufactured off-site for rapid assembly. This approach improves quality and reduces construction time and waste. Each StillWood home is built from a series of engineered cassettes. The number of cassettes varies by floor plan, making it easy to scale home sizes while maintaining an efficient construction process.
